I threw this together on a hot Tuesday night when I didn’t feel like grilling or turning on the oven.
And now it’s one of my favorite quick and easy dinner ideas!
It’s creamy, cheesy, loaded with bacon, and tastes like a fast food craving somehow snuck into your pasta bowl.
The best part is you can use pantry pasta, leftover ground beef, and whatever cheese you’ve got hanging around.
I usually grab a bag of shredded cheddar and a splash of milk, and it still turns out next-level good.
You’ll want to eat it straight from the pan, and honestly, I support that.
Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta Recipe

This bacon cheeseburger Alfredo pasta is creamy, savory, and ridiculously satisfying.
It’s quick enough for a weeknight and easy to customize with whatever cheese you’ve got on hand.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini work well)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 strips bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp ketchup (optional, for a burger-y kick)
- Chopped parsley or green onion for garnish (optional)
Steps:
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy; remove and set aside, leaving the fat in the pan.
- Add olive oil to the same pan and brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Pour in the cream and milk, then stir in cheddar, Parmesan, and ketchup if using.
- Simmer on low heat until the sauce is smooth and thickened, about 3–5 minutes.
- Add the pasta and cooked bacon back into the pan; toss to coat everything evenly.
- Garnish with parsley or green onion if you’re feeling fancy and serve hot.
Can I make this in a slower cooker?

Absolutely!
But it’s not as easy as just throwing everything in and hoping for the best.
You’ll have to brown the ground beef and bacon first as well as cook the pasta before combining everything in the slow cooker.
Seems pointless, but it does give it a gooey texture!
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
When You Want Comfort Food With a Little Sass
This bacon cheeseburger Alfredo pasta is exactly what I make when I want something indulgent without going full fast food mode.
It’s rich, easy, and always hits that “I need something now” craving.
You can tweak it depending on what’s in your fridge, and it still turns out ridiculously good.
Save it for one of those busy nights when you need a win and don’t feel like trying too hard.
